Review: In 18 months [redacted] has not finished the job he contracted to do. He has keep $50 dollars for 2 additional locks he was to provide and not returned a sample piece provided to him for proper color for gate to be painted. He delivered a gate with damage to paint and hardware used in construction has rusted and was substandard. He promises to fix things but does not show up when we agree on a date nor will he contact you if he is not coming. He will not follow up himself and you must call him and mostly just leave messages on his phone. He has many excuses as to why he did not show up but after 18 months he just does not plan on finishing.Desired Settlement: He contracted gate for 950.00 and 50 for the 2 additional locks. He has been paid in full since September 2012. I have no faith in that he will finish the job he has been paid for. I am requesting 500 dollars back for the locks, sample piece, hardware and the painting supplies, and training I will have to get in order to repair the the faux patina copper effect finish the gate was done in.
