I bought a salvaged title subaru with bald tires and several problems from these people November 25 2012. My complaint is about the SERVICE FEE that I had to pay, These people told me that I had to legally pay the fee out of my own pocket at the time of the sale. I tried to not pay it several times because they wouldn't clean the car or give it an oil change, budge on price or ANYTHING!!! It took them 3 hours to get the paperwork ready. When I got the papers of the sale of the vehicle a few days later it said that this fee was NEGOTIABLE. I felt this is a bunch of ** and they should refund my $150, not to mention the GM on the phone was incredibly RUDE!!!! I will never recommend anyone I know or ever go back to this place again!
