I've bought several items from B F Myers and have always been pleased with the products and the customer serviceIt's a great company and I would recommend them anyone

I purchased the safe ware plan for my brand new sectional, I have owned just right at about 30 days. I was assured with this plan all spills etc would be covered without worry! I submitted my claim about a week and a half ago to have a cushion cleaned from a spill and still have no resolve. I contacted BF Myers and spoke to a man in customer sales who seemed a bit agitated for my call. He definitely was not the kindest but said he would attempt to call to see what was wrong. The safe plan representatives seem like they are trying to find every way out of having to clean my cushion. This is disappointing and all such a hassle! I have been shifted to multiple people having to explain when, what and who did it! Needless to say, I didn't hear back from BF Myers. I guess since I paid them my $6,000 grand my issue isn't there problem. Not the best customer service! I just purchased a home and have a whole house to fill so unfortunately for them I likely will not be back, however, at least I didn't purchase everything all at once!
