Review: [redacted] (owner at B FIT LLC) failed to provide the training sessions I paid for. I paid for 24 sessions in advance and over a 12 week period I received 9 of those sessions due to excessive cancellations, reschedules, or no communication at all. When I asked her for a refund she refused and said if I filed a claim we would have a problem (THREAT!). I filed claim with my bank and they obtained my contract which did state I agreed to charge however they neglected (AND [redacted] NEGLECTED) to state that I had 15 sessions equaling $150 stolen from me because [redacted] could not provide the services I paid for. I HAVE FACEBOOK EMAILS AND ALL TEXT MESSAGES TO PROVE HER CANCELLATIONS!!! If you look at her business page https://www.facebook.com/bfitwithb?ref=br_tf you will see a pattern of behavior where [redacted] continues to cancel. B FIT LLC COST 0-23 sessions is $15 per session 24+ $10 a session I offered to allow [redacted] to charge me $15 for the 9 sessions I did receive and credit me back $105. Since she denied this and is still running a business unprofessionally, I expect full value refund of $150!!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the 15 sessions that I did not receive from [redacted] due to her lack of commitment and THEFT since she cannot and did not provide the services!
