To begin, [redacted] was not only a repeat client with me for over months, but someone I coached for competition as wellEach show she entered into she placed no lower than third, in any class, also earning her back to back, national qualificationsShe even competed for an overall in her division Judges feedback said she was runner up to the overall championAt no point during her time with me, did she have or incur any health issues or injuries from anything I suggested, or say she was anything more than a bit hungry right before a showThe only exception would be due to a flux in hormones, caused from her implanted birth control device, where she was very excessively bloated for more than a few daysI suggested she go to the doctor to have things checked out (she did, that's how we know the bloated was caused from her implanted birth control device) and as an extra precaution, we agreed on switching her to a different dietWe also agreed upon switching her back to the regular diet as soon as she'd gone to her follow up appointment a few weeks later and I had everything ready for herHowever, I never got the text about the follow up appointmentJust a text saying she'd decided to go another route with trainersThis came after she had decided to quit, and as a result she said, after speaking with the girls who, a few weeks ago, had made complaints against me (These complaints can be seen in previous Revdex.com reviews, and every case was ruled in my favor; proof of what [redacted] said upon request.) I do not feel as though saying I was "incompetent to trust with my health," is a completely honest statementFurthermore, I never received a complaint from [redacted] , at all, during the time she started with me, until the day she notified me she was going a different routeShe did, however, say that her husband would be pursuing legal action against me, if I did not give a refund backThat in itself is borderline extortion, especially when paired with the threats and many unpleasant messages I received from her husband (I'd be happy to attach messages I received from him, and the email from [redacted] saying she had no issue, it was her husband with the issue, who I never worked with; she was only quitting)Moreover, [redacted] had signed the contract, saying at no time, after the Buyers Remorse time period had passed, would any refund be made (this is also available for proof, upon request)In response to the training session, on the way to the facility, I asked [redacted] if she'd like to try something new where I worked out with herShe agreed it would be nice to tryMy thought was to use working out with her as motivation and use her competitive nature for an additional pushI did get on my phone during breaksBut notified her it was due to a family that was going onShe had said she understoodFurthermore, I never told [redacted] or her husband that I would sue themThat was a threat I received from her husband on numerous occasionsIn response to her husband saying: "I will go to court for that amount or I will bash your name and drag it through the mud everywhere I can," did I respond saying that if he did that, I had been advised to treat it as slander and act accordinglyAddressing what was brought up in response to the family, [redacted] and I had become friends during our time working togetherNumerous times she had asked me to go to eat with her for a cheat meal, and while her family was gone on vacation, they'd even asked me to watch their home and petsBut once again, that was not directed at [redacted] , but her husbandAnd, I only said "I'd think about the example you're setting for your daughters: acting and speaking this waymaking threats ...Stop focusing bad energy on meYou're probably missing out on precious moments with your daughters and wife," after he threatened me, became excessively profane, demanding and blasphemousSo on a professional level, no, I'd agree it wasn't my place to say anythingBut to someone whose family I considered friends, yes; I definitely said something

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I never "demanded" a refundI simply said, "I wanted to reach out to you and ask if I can get a partial refund of the $I have been having too many life issues and problems with my family to where I haven't used your services since February 1stAnd I don't just want to be out the money, paying for something I am not usingIf you could get back to me, I would appreciate itThank you".The statement about "rarely sticking to the suggestions" is falseI said one time that I ate one thing that I shouldn't have when I was out running around because I forgot to bring a meal with meEating one thing doesn't make it so I "rarely stuck to her suggestions".Being dissatisfied with a plan and the way she handled things when I asked for a refund doesn't make it a personal vendetta. It was just a questionnaire that I filled out in the beginning, I never signed a contractAlso, the statement about "everything she did was suggestions" is absurd. This statement is DIRECTLY word for word from an email I received from her:"*Note [redacted] I'm ok with you cussing me if it helps get you through thisIf you stick to the diet and meal plans, exactly, no extra cheats, tastes, or bites, I promise you will see results in your next pictures and your clothes will start fitting differently in weeksThis will be hard, so go ahead and come to terms with thatTrophies aren't given, they're earnedSo listen to me, trust me, put in the time, sweat, and work and ALWAYS remember why you started, ***." I was new to this industry and didn't have any clue about meal & training plansSo I am obviously going to digest what she "suggested", that's what I paid her forTo figure out what works for my body, and to determine the proper meal plan/training for my body typeI trusted Brittany to make my plan individualized and to help me accomplish my goals in a healthy manner, and she broke that trustAgain being weeks in with an calorie diet doing days a week training & minutes interval cardio days a week when my BMR is 1,is not the healthy way to reach my goals. It wasn't necessarily "my choice" to walk away from BFit, I was having bad family problems that came at a bad time, I'm pretty sure anyone who was in my situation would have left and made family a priority as well.Yes, I declined the option to put my training on hold because with the way she came back at me when I brought up the refund and with how low my calorie intake was, I no longer wanted to have a relationship with Bfit and the services it providedI know for a fact that she does give out refunds, and I wasn't sure why it was such a problem to grant me one with all of the family issues I had been havingIt is unfair to withhold a refund from someone, yet grant one to someone else Sincerely, [redacted]

Saying the plans are not individualized is slanderShe stated what foods she would like to have in her planKeeping with those preferences, that’s largely what I suggested she eatSince she also stated she compared her plan with others, I can assure that if she were to look at what they wanted
included as well, I would also be following their outlined preferred foodsThe choices with those in question were similar and I make changes based only on the preferences given in the beginning, so it is inevitable, that since many foods listed were the same preferred foods, that there will be similarities among these individualsI am absolutely in line to suggest nutrition, based with both Colorado and National LawsAlso, I offer to do the favor of hair and makeupNo profit is made from that, and I have never advertised that I am a cosmetologistI have been asked by some clients to do the favor of makeup and hair, but this person never received that from meTherefore, I feel as though this is not an applicable complaint, since it was not one she ever receivedAs a standard in this particular industry, payment upfront is the preferred methodAnd, if one chooses not to use the service, once the purchase has been made, it is their choice and not the businesses responsibilityFurthermore, saying I “failed to make changes” is falseI have proof that I suggested many various solutions to herNone of which she responded to or decided to follow through with. Which, leads me to my next point: Never once did I force her to do anythingI never stood over her and made her eat something or train for a certain period of time, ectThese were her choices As with any advice, we choose to take or leave itI was an advisor she sought out to help reach her goalsAlso, this client never had a problem to contact me around am, up through nearly midnight, and always got a near immediate response from meI put in countless hours, met all agreed upon stipulations and I even went further to meet her additional requests, with no extra charge givenNot always does the unrest lie with the advisor, but with the adviseeAdditionally, if she is worried about her health, and the issue is so pressing, I do not understand why she has not been seen by a doctor yet (almost a month has passed)It would appear her issue is not as bad as she is leading others to believeLastly, she agreed that at no time would a refund be made. Since she had ceased to respond to communication attempts from me, I showed a measure of good faith and refunded half of her payment, even with the agreement in place; and even though her complaints arose when the agreed upon time was over halfway completedI do find it curious that the changes she wanted in I included, and, that in less than a hour time frame, she went from a satisfied client, to upsetThis specific client received advice for over of the weeks, and expressed throughout her time period with me, which can be proven through documented texts, messages, ect how pleased with the results she actually wasFor an overview: This is an extreme sport where advice and suggestions are fine tuned, to give the best results possibleI would never suggest to anyone something I have not already tried out and researched myselfFurthermore, my methods are proven and until now I have never had any complaintsFew have the discipline and mentality for this sportMost do notFor every one person who makes it onto stage, two do notSeeing as how this has played out, I feel as though this sport simply isn’t for her and she is part of the two in the ratio that do not make itSince the program was over halfway completed, I do not feel as though the advisor should be faulted, especially when all suggestions were not heededAs for the claim that she had health concerns, I do not believe they are real concerns, since a month has passed and she has led us to understand she has not yet been seen by a doctorSo, I do not feel as though I should be required to refund the rest of her payment, especially since her time was over halfway done

This past client agreed, before beginning, that at no time will a refund be made-paperwork per agreement available upon requestAdditionally, she never met her balance and still has an outstanding amount dueSince, I am absolutely, by law, approved to give nutrition advice I do not understand
where her claim came fromAdditionally, she was referred to me and followed and spoke with various clients of mine, in addition to myself, in depth and saw our success before signing with me (over a total of months)Furthermore, two days before she demanded a refund, she had called and spoke with me for over minutes saying how she was much happier now that she had quit her job, but had a few interviews lined up and was so excited to start up again, after settling her balance owedI find it ironic that she has no job now, hasn’t worked with me since November, was a happy client just hours prior, but is now asking for a refund… I do not feel at all that a refund should be made because of financial hardships, and accusationsAdditionally, she declined several other options I presented her with, even though I had already given her payment back for unused sessionsIn overview, she agreed no refund would be made prior to asking for my help and researched and spoke with many people before signing the agreementShe still owes an outstanding balance and I have not worked with her for over four monthsHer accusations are slanderous and falseI do not feel as though any refund should be made

To begin, information is incorrectStart date was 1/1/(proof available upon request), leaving the balance much less than what she is claiming, as she chose to terminate help from me on 3/3/Additionally, the “Buyers Remorse” clause lasts for daysThis client had been on another plan she had gotten from BFit for nearly six weeks prior to the transformation, previous to starting the transformationThis she said she enjoyed, had good results from (proof available upon request) and was excited to see about the restAs for the cosmetology part of the complaint, the sheet was sent because she had asked for the infoOnce gain, I do not make a profitThe numbers beside the different options are there simply for a reference point, a summary of the expenses that go in on my end (gas, items purchased, ect), should someone like to leave a tip I will say though, that she had asked for info on what I do, so I sent the sheet to herNo where do I claim to be licensed, as I’ve stated now and beforeSince I never did hair or makeup for her, so I do not believe this is a valid point to discussFurthermore, saying I do not produce winners is also falseAnd, I will go as far to bring light to the fact my claim to "producing winners" stems from the fact that nearly all of my clients place in the top of the open class (the biggest, most competitive class), in the showsI feel as though that statement is at best, reachingWhat I do not understand about this particular client is the progress she so clearly made, the very good relationship we had with one another, and why now she has become so vengeful towards myself and BFit. I do not feel as though what I told her was misleadingIn fact, I went above and beyond for her, as I do anyone who chooses to enlist my helpI nearly always respond within the hour, cater to requests as well generally schedule around them, and not my own, personal scheduleThis client was no differentAs for the amount of time, being inadequate, we spoke on the phone, the evening before she chose to walk away from my help she had elected to enlistShe set the timeline, saying she would talk to “her voice of reason” and let me know what she had decided, the next dayWhen she called the next afternoon, she said she had chose to go another route. This was her choice and the only option she presented me withDo you believe it would be feasible to come up with an alternate solution to something that has already been decidedTo me, it would be irrelevantSo, I said I was sorry to see her go and wished her the best. to know how I do things and what she was ‘trying’ out, but another she had referred to me had also worked from plans sent and had good results (won the entire competition, proof also available upon request) I do not believe that is a legitimate statement to make. In conclusion, I do not believe that I in any way broke my end of the agreement, contracts or was misleadingBecause she chose to walk away from the remaining weeks, even with very positive and obvious results, was very much her own choiceEven still, I am sad she chose to "follow the crowd" and part ways

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:The statements made by the business owner, Brittany Culp, are falseI was not satisfied with her services and actually had several disagreements in the months I was under Brittany's plan over text, in person, and on the phone. I understand this is an extreme sport, but to advise a client to consume calories when their resting metabolic rate is calories and that person is burning calories from exercise is beyond extreme; it is dangerous and unhealthyI was not willing to do that, and as a health professional who advises others, it is terrifying that Brittany is willing to do this to her clients.Brittany defends herself that her meal and training plans were customizedHowever, I have compared with at least other clients, and our training plans are all the sameOur meal plans were virtually the same with minor variancesI have attached my first and final week's meal plan to this response for the viewing of the Revdex.com and future potential clients interested in this businessBrittany also said she does not advertise nor make profit from hair and makeup servicesI have attached her pricing sheet she emailed to me with my first meal plan (see email attachment from her email address), showing what she charges for her cosmetology services.Brittany did not uphold her end of the agreementHer portion of the agreement was to provide an individualized plan for my body's needs, which was not doneBrittany provides the same plan to all and charges each person $650+Had I known I was getting a cookie-cutter plan, I would have not paid for her servicesBeing that her plan was falsely advertised, I believe my money went toward a misleading service; and therefore I am requesting a full refund.
Sincerely,
*** ***

To begin, when a person tells me they are "having family issues, and will send updates when possible," I take that as they are concentrating on other things they have going on, in turn, "taking a break" from other areasIn this case, that would be the BFit suggested plansFurthermore, until now, nothing was ever said to me about her plans being unsatisfactoryShe simply came to me, demanding a refund, after following suit from someone who has made this a personal vendettaThis client and I never had any issues at allIn fact, I had contacted her not long before she demanded a refund, to check in on her and see how she was doing with her "family issues" and life in generalMoreso, I have numerous texts saying she rarely stuck to the suggestionsBecause of this, saying the plans were "bad" is reaching, at bestShe never stuck to the suggestions to know one way or anotherEverything I did was suggestionsSo, saying I "made her sick" because I suggested something to her, is falseNever once did I make her ingest or do anything, she chose to take said supplementBut yes, I did give her more suggestions since she had chosen to take a supplement, on what she could do to lessen the intensityHowever, I gave her many more tips and suggestions than just to "drink more water." Also, it was her choice to formally walk away from BFitShe signed the agreements stating that at no time will a refund be made and is willingly choosing to forfeit the remaining weeksI offered many various options to her (which I did not have to do) and she delinedAdditionally, I upheld my end of the agreement and even went as far as to check in on herI don't know many others who would do thatOnce again, if the suggested diet plans, as well as the questionnaire I based the suggested plans off of were put side by side, I can guarantee that they follow one anotherThis would go for everyone, including those she claims to have compared her suggested diet toSince I upheld my end of the agreement, and since she signed the agreement (stating no refund would be made), declined other options given to her, that I did not need to offer, and still chose to walk away from the remaining weeks (either because she decided this sport wasn't for her, or in hopes she would get a refund), I do not believe that warrants a refund, let alone a breech of agreement

As is the norm in this industry, payment upfront is required to begin. After the purchase is made, whether you choose to use it or not, is up to you. The vendor should not be faulted because the consumer chooses not to use it. Saying that I have advertised that I had certifications is false....

Nowhere, at any time, have I ever listed or advertised such things. I would go so far as to request physical evidence of such. Although, I will point out that I am absolutely in line to suggest nutrition as outlined by both Colorado and National Laws. Additionally, I offer to do the favor of hair and makeup. No profit is made from that. It is simply an option they’re presented with and are free to choose to do their own, go through me, or another person. Furthermore, she signed the agreement and contract over six weeks before beginning, agreeing that at no time would payment be refunded. Furthermore, and addressing the issue in question as to my business, taxes are absolutely paid and have been for this year. Until now, I have never had any issues with clients and I produce winners. Even this was a very happy and satisfied with me. Then, in 24 hours went to dissatisfied. Ironically, right after the first client I’d ever had a disagreement with leave and began reaching out to other clients, having picked up a slanderous campaign against myself. In overview, she agreed no refund would be made prior to asking for my help and researched and spoke with me for over a month before signing, then took six more weeks time before working with me. I do not feel as though any refund should be made, since she chose to walk away and not go through with the agreement.

To begin, [redacted] was not only a repeat client with me for over 8 months, but someone I coached for competition as well. Each show she entered into she placed no lower than third, in any class, also earning her back to back, national qualifications. She even competed for an overall in her division....

Judges feedback said she was runner up to the overall champion. At no point during her time with me, did she have or incur any health issues or injuries from anything I suggested, or say she was anything more than a bit hungry right before a show. The only exception would be due to a flux in hormones, caused from her implanted birth control device, where she was very excessively bloated for more than a few days. I suggested she go to the doctor to have things checked out (she did, that's how we know the bloated was caused from her implanted birth control device) and as an extra precaution, we agreed on switching her to a different diet. We also agreed upon switching her back to the regular diet as soon as she'd gone to her follow up appointment a few weeks later and I had everything ready for her. However, I never got the text about the follow up appointment. Just a text saying she'd decided to go another route with trainers. This came after she had decided to quit, and as a result she said, after speaking with the girls who, a few weeks ago, had made complaints against me (These complaints can be seen in previous Revdex.com reviews, and every case was ruled in my favor; proof of what [redacted] said upon request.) . I do not feel as though saying I was "incompetent to trust with my health," is a completely honest statement. Furthermore, I never received a complaint from [redacted], at all, during the time she started with me, until the day she notified me she was going a different route. She did, however, say that her husband would be pursuing legal action against me, if I did not give a refund back. That in itself is borderline extortion, especially when paired with the threats and many unpleasant messages I received from her husband (I'd be happy to attach messages I received from him, and the email from [redacted] saying she had no issue, it was her husband with the issue, who I never worked with; she was only quitting). Moreover, [redacted] had signed the contract, saying at no time, after the Buyers Remorse time period had passed, would any refund be made (this is also available for proof, upon request). In response to the training session, on the way to the facility, I asked [redacted] if she'd like to try something new where I worked out with her. She agreed it would be nice to try. My thought was to use working out with her as motivation and use her competitive nature for an additional push. I did get on my phone during breaks. But notified her it was due to a family that was going on. She had said she understood. Furthermore, I never told [redacted] or her husband that I would sue them. That was a threat I received from her husband on numerous occasions. In response to her husband saying: "I will go to court for that amount or I will bash your name and drag it through the mud everywhere I can," did I respond saying that if he did that, I had been advised to treat it as slander and act accordingly. Addressing what was brought up in response to the family, [redacted] and I had become friends during our time working together. Numerous times she had asked me to go to eat with her for a cheat meal, and while her family was gone on vacation, they'd even asked me to watch their home and pets. But once again, that was not directed at [redacted], but her husband. And, I only said "I'd think about the example you're setting for your daughters: acting and speaking this way... making threats.  ...Stop focusing bad energy on me. You're probably missing out on precious moments with your daughters and wife," after he threatened me, became excessively profane, demanding and blasphemous. So on a professional level, no, I'd agree it wasn't my place to say anything. But to someone whose family I considered friends, yes; I definitely said something.

Since, I am absolutely, by law, approved to give nutrition advice, I don’t appreciate this false claim. Additionally, she was referred to me by a friend who had also signed with me. Going through with the referral, she sat up an in person consultation, where spoke for nearly three hours, going in...

depth (as you can imagine after speaking with someone for that amount of time) on the subject matter. Additionally, she asked to ‘take a break’ from the program because of family issues that had arisen and chose not to compete because she said she’d rather focus on saving money for a vacation this summer, to Florida. So, I can’t help but wonder if the underlying issue of wanting money back from me to finance a trip. Also, as with everyone who works with me, she had agreed, prior to beginning, that at no time would a refund be made. In overview, she agreed no refund would be made prior to asking for my help and researched and spoke with me for nearly three hours, then took a week to come to her decision, before signing the agreement. I have not worked with her for over two months and she decided to part ways because she wanted to put more finances to her vacation. Her accusations are slanderous and false. I do not feel as though any refund should be made.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I never "demanded" a refund. I simply said, "I wanted to reach out to you and ask if I can get a partial refund of the $650. I have been having too many life issues and problems with my family to where I haven't used your services since February 1st. And I don't just want to be out the money, paying for something I am not using. If you could get back to me, I would appreciate it. Thank you".The statement about "rarely sticking to the suggestions" is false. I said one time that I ate one thing that I shouldn't have when I was out running around because I forgot to bring a meal with me. Eating one thing doesn't make it so I "rarely stuck to her suggestions".Being dissatisfied with a plan and the way she handled things when I asked for a refund doesn't make it a personal vendetta. It was just a questionnaire that I filled out in the beginning, I never signed a contract. Also, the statement about "everything she did was suggestions" is absurd. This statement is DIRECTLY word for word from an email I received from her:"*Note* I'm ok with you cussing me if it helps get you through this. If you stick to the diet and meal plans, exactly, no extra cheats, tastes, or bites, I promise you will see results in your next pictures and your clothes will start fitting differently in 2 weeks. This will be hard, so go ahead and come to terms with that. Trophies aren't given, they're earned. So listen to me, trust me, put in the time, sweat, and work and ALWAYS remember why you started, [redacted]." I was new to this industry and didn't have any clue about meal & training plans. So I am obviously going to digest what she "suggested", that's what I paid her for. To figure out what works for my body, and to determine the proper meal plan/training for my body type. I trusted Brittany to make my plan individualized and to help me accomplish my goals in a healthy manner, and she broke that trust. Again being 5 weeks in with an 866 calorie diet doing 6 days a week training & 30 minutes interval cardio 7 days a week when my BMR is 1,449 is not the healthy way to reach my goals. It wasn't necessarily "my choice" to walk away from BFit, I was having bad family problems that came at a bad time, I'm pretty sure anyone who was in my situation would have left and made family a priority as well.Yes, I declined the option to put my training on hold because with the way she came back at me when I brought up the refund and with how low my calorie intake was, I no longer wanted to have a relationship with Bfit and the services it provided. I know for a fact that she does give out refunds, and I wasn't sure why it was such a problem to grant me one with all of the family issues I had been having. It is unfair to withhold a refund from someone, yet grant one to someone else.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I am not requesting a Full-Refund, but a refund for the portion of services that were not used.  I believe this is fair.  I utilized the Services of Brittany Culp for 5 Weeks before separating from BFit/Brittany Culp.  In order to be dissatisfied with a service, you must first try it.  I am asking for the remaining 11 weeks to be refunded ($468.75).In regards to the Cosmetology piece as a "Favor", I have attached a Price Sheet that was presented to me should I have any needs for my upcoming shows.  Any of the Cosmetologists selected by the NPC Colorado must be approved by the Chairman of the NPC Colorado, as well as possess a valid license for the services they intend to perform. While BFit/Brittany Culp may claim to produce winners, I feel as this statement is irrelevant in the matter at hand.  There are several other coaches in the area who claim to produce winners as well.  This is generally an easy 'win' to claim as the Top 5 spots in as many as 5 classes are considered 'winners'.  Just about anyone can produce 'winners'.As I previously stated, in order to be dissatisfied with a service, one must first try it.  All of the claims for plan individualization and Nutritional/Training knowledge were very misleading.  I gave adequate time and even conversed with Brittany Culp/BFit about my caloric intake being a major concern.  Nothing was done about it and no other options were presented to me about healthier alternatives until I made a final call to BFit/Brittany Culp to separate our ties, which at that point in time, I did not feel it healthy to put my body and metabolism through any more damage.I did speak with Brittany Culp/BFit prior to signing with her as a client; however, my decision and payment made was based off of false statements and a misrepresentation of services.I have attached a copy of the Cosmetology Price List as well as my first and last meal plans.  All of the BFit/Brittany Culp Client plans were essentially the same regardless of body type, size and any other important factors that a professional coach would take into consideration.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

This client started by saying we had disagreements. However, everything was resolved promtly, until she ceased contact with me and chose not to follow through with higher caloric options I recommended her. Furthermore, I have numerous proofs that she'd stated on several occasions, how happy she was with the business, the programs, and myself. Which leads me to the next point. Just as I gave her options to eat, she had chosen almost all of the lowest caloric options possible. When I offered to take the "menu style" away and give her specific options that were of higher calories, she ceased communication with me. Once again, if the suggested diet plans, as well as the questionnaire I based the suggested plans off of were put side by side, I can guarantee that they follow one another. This would go for everyone. I find it interesting she failed to attach that document... As for hair and makeup it is something I offer, as a favor. When interest is expressed, I send the sheet and info over. Once again, I do not make a profit, and do this to help those who ask for help, look their best. The number beside the various options simply is there to explain what finances on my end go into that: gas, items purchased, ect. That way, if they'd like to leave a tip, they may do so based on what the cost is.  No where does it say "madatory," "must be paid in full," or "before request can be furfilled," or "certified," or "cosmotologist." Moreso, this girl did not ever have the favor of hair and makeup done by me. So I don't feel as though it's a relevant point to discuss any further. I absolutely kept up my end of the agreement. Because she ceased to contact me I explained to her that I cannot work with someone who is unwilling to even communicate. As she pointed out, she'd been working with me for over 3 months, more than 75% of the total time of the agreed upon duration for plans and suggestions. When I explained I cannot work with a person who will not speak, I also gave her a 50% refund. Even though, I worked around her schedule entirely, doing her suggested updates on Sundays (my only "off" day from this) and many times well into the night (after 1130pm a few times), proof available upon request. Therefore I do not feel as though the remaining refund should be given. I would like to further state though, that it seems as though she has made this a personal vendetta. Not only has she completely gone after myself as a person,  but BFit, and those who I work/worked with, and am partnered with. I hope that fact is also taken into this consideration.
