I had an accident in Casa Grande on [redacted] 2012 and they purchased my car. With full aware that the engine still works, they only offered my 400 for my car. I had to agree because I am doing emergency personal business in [redacted] After giving them the title by mail (with confirmation), they immplement all kinds of excuses to not pay me the agreed $400. Untill now, I still cannot get my money.
