RECEIVED CALL IT WAS READY AND WORKING. THE [redacted] WAS [redacted] WHICH I PAID VIA DEBIT CARD. IT WORKED ONE DAY AND QUIT. I RETURNED CAR ON [redacted] AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD COST [redacted] TO REPAIR. I ASHED FOR THE DIVERGENCE BACK FROM THE [redacted] AND THE QUOTED PRICE OF [redacted] OF WITCH I AUTHORIZED TO CHECK THE ACDesired SettlementREFUND OF [redacted] FOR WORK NOT AUTHORIZED.Business Response Customer called for AC not operating. We told him [redacted] to find the leak. The car came in with no freon so we evacuated the AC system to see if it would hold vacuum and it did for two hours. We called customer and told him we have to put freon in the system to further check the leak. He was told that it would cost [redacted] He said okay to the procedure. The freon also held pressure in the system and dye was put in. No leaks were found. Customer was advised that no leaks were found and he paid and picked up the vehicle. Customer called days later saying that the AC did not work again. The car came back in the shop and we spent an hour and a half to find the leak at no extra charge and we explained to him why. We then gave him an estimate for the repairs needed and explained to him that if he came back for the repairs that we would not charge him again for any more freon and for recharging the system. We offered him a [redacted] credit for what we did the first visit and he denied the offer.
