The [redacted] family. I will give a brief and factual reply as follows: Original Email 8/14/2016: We bought a washer and dryer from you in early June , not only did we not receive the units we paid for in advance and delivery and set up ,your delivery personnel did not get here till 1:00 am. Now 2 months later the dryer is not working. We would like these defective units picked up and a full refund. I have contacted the Revdex.com and told to try and get refund directly before they get involved. If you are a legitimate business then it should be no issue complying with my request . Thanks and have a wonderful day Reply to Email 8/15/2016: Mr. [redacted], We are a small family owned and operated business, we gave you a 30 day warranty, we were very clear about that at time of sale. The delivery of your washer dryer set was May 28, two and a half months ago. Mrs. [redacted] called Saturday, August 13, 2016 2:47 pm. She told me while cursing about the 9 loads of laundry she has to do and that no one else could have called me sooner so she had to. According to our conversation the washer is working good. She then went into to the issue about the dryer giving a "F01" code. She said this has been going on for a month. I let her know we could come out Monday, August 15 for a service call. She again cursed, and said she would have to call me back, I never received that call. We can not refund the set after this long, your warranty is no longer valid, however, I will send out a technician at no charge to diagnose the issue. Please call the office to schedule appointment. 8/19/2016: After a few emails and phone calls we agreed to pick up the dryer for diagnosis, and discuss refund. 8/24/2016: Diagnosis was completed. We could not determine the actual cause for the F01 code since it was not happening in shop. We decided we would still give a refund of 1/2 the purchase price of said dryer ($100). When Mr. [redacted] was called he was very unhappy with refund amount and started hollering, etc. He told Office Assistant to send the payment but he would still file complaints, she thanked him and said goodbye. 8/27/2016: Payment was mailed certified at 9am.
