Very disappointed in this company. My wife and I had B&G come out to replace an exterior door and cut out a small amount of dry wall. With our permission they came and did the repairs while we were at work. When I returned home for the day I discovered the work that was done was done very poorly and things we discussed to be done in the quote wasn't even repaired or replaced. The damaged drywall was only about a 3" square, but they replaced nearly 3 sq feet and did the plaster in a sloppy manner. They also used my wife's caulking that she had sitting on our fireplace for another project (which they later replaced when they came to redo the poor work). The site supervisor Richard made us feel like our request were of annoyance to him and of very little importance. When they came back the second time to fix the poorly done job, we were having new flooring installed as well, and they gave no care to protect our floors from being damaged by the work they were doing. For example, they were redoing the plaster on the wall which is messy and never put anything down on the floors or asked for anything to lay down. I ended up having to take off two days of work to make sure the work was done right and they charged us nearly [redacted] for the job I feel that I could have done better myself for way less money. I highly recommend not contacting this company for any work.
