Customer came in & paid bill on 2/24/16, check came back on 2/as stopped payment, called customer on 3/and 3/before she finally came in and said her account was hacked and the bank was sending me a letter to let me know (I never received
said letter), she arranged to make two payments on 3/and 3/and never came in or called, I then called her and left message again that I would be sending her check to the bad check divisionI also called the company (***) that is stated in complaint, and they do not have her name on file but does have someone else with same type of vehicle that was dated 3/30/and nothing is listed about redoing the work that we did on their invoice only a transmissionAnd for the record she does not live at the address stated on the complaint form
