When I met this customer we talked about her yard and the items she wanted done to itI gave her a price for the project and told her we could complete it with in her time framewe broke it up in multiple phase in order it complete it After that day I received multiple phone calls on my work number and cell phone along with e-mails with changes and additional items of work to be doneI power washed her driveway for a chargeI power washed her statue and did not charge her for thatOriginally the bushes and trees that got cut down and some trimmed was going to be put in her wooded area on the propertyAfter one of those phone calls she asked if we could chip the up and make mulch for her to use on the propertyI did that for herAs far as the faucet she told me what she wanted to accomplish at the front of the house I made a suggestion she asked if I could get the partAfter I got the part and installed it she sent a e-mail saying it is not what she wanted and said she would get it her selfWhen I went to her house it clean a couple paint smears from the concrete statue that I painted and to give her the invoiceI showed her the faucet extention the I installed and how it swiveled then she was pleased with itI decided at that time to discontinue work with herAfter explaining that she asked if I wanted her to go inside and write a check I said no you can mail it when you have time then she walk in her house and slammed the front doorI can not work with someone who is going to change the scope of the project repeatedly after we agreed on a price and a deadlineHow she came up with the last payment is unclearI have pictures of before and after each step of the projectThere are a lot of them so you needed I will submit them if requested
