I bought a vehicle from this lot when it was called [redacted] motors . I never received a title and then it was repoed illegaly. also my name was forged

on dec 3 2011 I bought a suburban off of [redacted] . I gave him 500 down . and the tax and title of 145 then the first payment of 240 which waas all done by the 6th of jan. I was given a temp. tag on 12/3 and on feb . 10th I still had not received the title . I asked for the title and was told that he would give me a copy of the white title. he wanted his payment of 240 ad I had no vehicle to take to him and said I would send him a money order he said cash and cash only . so he sent someone down to repo it the came down with a purchase order that had the date of jan. 17 th . the night they repoed the vehicle I called [redacted] county title office and they told me that the lein on my vehicle was in the name of [redacted] ,I have no clue as to who or where they are located . I then the following monday contacted the bmv and the attorney general . I finally received the 500 deposit that I gave them but there is still 385 that he has that I have proof of . last night the gentlemen told my husband that [redacted] told him we stated to her he was using that car lot for a front for selling drugs how does a public official get away with offering information like this without being asked they just flat out told him
