Review: I scheduled an appointment for 3 people for Friday, April 19, 2013 at 1:00 pm. explaining that the girls were high school seniors and there was no school that day so they were available at that time. When the girls arrived, he turned them away saying the appt. was for 2:45. When I attempted to talk to the owner, he kept saying maybe I hadn't called his number. What??? They had to quickly find another place, making what was supposed to be a pleasant outing stressful. The owner was trying to cover his mistake by repeating the silly phrase that maybe I hadn't called his number,and didn't offer to rectify it by taking them in. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.Desired Settlement: I just want the public to know the bad business practices of this salon.
