In response to the complaint by Mr. [redacted]. B&G Sewer and Drain, did go back to the residents two days later and used a non abrasive cleaner to clean discoloration in the very bottom of the toilet bowl.There were no chips out of the porcelain toilet bowl. Problem was resolved.[redacted]
Review: B & G Sewer & Drain Inc. came to our home on 11-10-2014 to clear out a plugged Kohl white toilet. When the toilet was cleared, that was good. Yet he used a black steel router and it chipped out a lot of the white porcelain at the bottom of the toilet bowl. When I called to ask him to come and help resolve the situation, he didn't actually refuse any issue, but I called twice a day for some sort of response. He is [redacted] of a two person shop. He's the plumber and his assistant is an assistant.Desired Settlement: Either repair the toilet or replace it with comparable brand and quality.
