We have well documented email threads with two associates in our office reflecting that a) the survey was indeed received and b) he used the signed, sealed survey on April 15, 2016 to pass his inspection. Several attempts were made via telephone using the number he provided regarding payment and delivery of the originals, with no response. She provided us with the Title Company contact information so we contacted them for the Title Commitment Information. They responded to our request that they would forward upon completion. The survey was on hold until they could provide it to us. It is not unusual for it to take a few months for the Title work to be prepared depending on when the property is closing.
In the meantime, [redacted] ordered a survey from a different survey company. It is very regrettable that they did not call us to cancel the order as common business practice would require.
