We received a letter from your company with the large letters saying [redacted] and asking us to pay a certian amount as required by lawThe notice said that failure to comply could lead up to fines of $17,000! We are a new small family non for profit organization whose first language is not english and promply paid the $for the bilingual postersI have returned, have been shown the letter your company sent, and realized immediatley this letter is very misleadingHowever, payment was already madeTo add insult to injury, we have waited for months for these posters to arrive and nothing has been receivedAt this time, we do NOT want any posters and we want full refund either to the card that was used or by check made out to the organization member who sent in payment

I am being put in a hardship and being told Usc Upstate will not work with me on the debt that I owe them and also do not know if they are adding more interest than what is being toldI have talk to my debt Collecter and worked out an agreement with them but USC upstate is not trying to work with me
