This message is in response to [redacted] saying that we shorted him on firewood. Yes [redacted] paid for 4 cords and was delivered four cords of wood. delivered the wood to the time [redacted] called us complaining that he was shorted on wood. In that time frame how much wood did he burn before stacking it? In the last three years [redacted] is the only person to complain saying that he was shorted wood. He tried saying that we shorted him last year as well but he still chose to buy wood from us again this year. I tried telling him that we would give him a rack of wood for free to make him happy but he did not want anything to do with it. All he wanted to do was threaten to sue us and make us pay him all his money back and pay for court costs after trying to talk to him respectfully and getting nowhere due to him interrupting me I finally gave up and told him to take us to court then. So again we stack our wood in cords so we know how much we have to load when we deliver it and again [redacted] is the only person out of hundreds of customers to complain saying that our wood delivery was shorted.  Please let me know if you need anymore information.                                                                               Thanks, [redacted]
