although I was more than happy to provide her with my bosses name, address, location, email...etc
She was very rude and raised her voice to meI am not allowed to retaliate with my position, when I asked for her bosses name she refused and hung upI called back to obtain her managers or bosses nameShe screamed into the phone "you cannot give me your name then I cannot give you his too bad haha", then another woman in the office got on the phone and yelled at me and then hung upAll this hostility for me attempting to get the owners nameVery unprofessional and unsettling Unfortunately, they definitely lost the multiple bids and my businessCongratulations Nicole and your very supportive co-worker, your lack of knowledge and patience has cost your business a negative review from a highly successful subcontractors word of mouthI hope you ssucceed in anger management and all other aspects of your lifeThank you
