I am very surprised to have [redacted] writing with a problem considering that I fixed every concern they had under warranty (free).The water problem she is talking about was taken care of on my 2nd trip there I dug a trench where there ground was higher than the driveway.( NOT MY JOB BUT I DID IT ANYWAY) My guys have been out there no less than times between May -SeptAll of this after her husband was cursing and yelling at me and my crew to the point that she said for us to just agree with him so he will calm downThe water that is holding on her driveway is less than 1/inch( will not cover a quarter) so I can not lay asphalt that thin So I had my guys go out there (free) 2-times after the repair and add sealer to lift it up to drain betterI even offered to extend year warranty to another yearAnd told her that it would be a good idea to seal coat her driveway since it was year old already again her husband just started cursing and walked away I am still willing to extend the warranty on the job I am 100% sure driveway will be fine I canot give people money back on a job that I have already lost money on between paving and repair work There is nothing wrong except it needs seal coated that cost $1, I have personally been to there driveway 2-times and had my repair and seal crew there 5-timesI can honestly say that I have done everything humanly possible to make them happy MY COST TO DO JOB $6,PAVING REPAIR $200-$EACH TIME I SENT MEN TO REPAIR ONLY TIME WAS IT WARRANTY WORK OTHER 4-TIMES TO TRY TO PLEASE CUSTOMER SO I AM ALREADY INVESTED $7,OR MORE AND NO LESS THAN 10-HOURS BETWEEN TRAVEL TIME A REPAIR TIME IN REPAIR WORKAND ANOTHER HOURS WITH A MAN PAVING CREW OUT THERE SO I HAVE NO LESS THAN MAN HOURS IN THIS JOB THAT I PROMISE LOOKS GREAT

I have nothing more to say I have done everything humanly possible to make this right including extending the warranty year if they do not choose that option there is nothing else to be done

I am rejecting this response because:The job has not been professionally completed There are still puddles in the drive and the lack of thickness concerns me My husband was not cursing, he was irate, but that is not the point I have only seen his crew here two times to add sealer (not the correct fix) They even admitted this fix wasn't proper. I know it should be seal coated, but I am hesitant to have B&H do it or have it fone before it is fixed correctly

The thickness is not what it should be and it was not graded properly for the water to flow away from the house. JOB BUT I DID IT ANYWAY)  My guys have been out there no less than 5 times between May -Sept. All of this after her husband was  cursing and yelling at me and my crew to the point that she said for us to just agree with him so he will calm down. The water that is holding on  her driveway is less than 1/4 inch( will not cover a quarter)  so I can not lay asphalt that thin.   So I had my guys go out there (free) 2-3 times after the repair and add sealer to lift it up to drain better. I even offered to extend 1 year warranty to another year. And told her that it would be a good idea to seal coat her driveway since it was 1 year old already again her husband just started cursing and walked away  . I am still willing to extend the warranty on the job I am 100% sure driveway will be fine.  I canot give people money back on a job that I have already lost money on between paving and repair work.  There is nothing wrong except it needs seal coated that cost $1,000.  I have personally been to there driveway 2-3 times and had my repair and seal crew there 5-6 times. I  can honestly say that I have done everything humanly possible to make them happy.      MY COST TO DO JOB $6,000 PAVING  REPAIR $200-$300 EACH TIME I SENT MEN TO REPAIR ONLY 1 TIME WAS IT WARRANTY WORK OTHER 4-5 TIMES TO TRY TO PLEASE CUSTOMER SO I AM ALREADY INVESTED $7,500 OR MORE.  AND NO LESS THAN 10-15 HOURS BETWEEN TRAVEL TIME A REPAIR TIME IN REPAIR WORK. AND ANOTHER 10 HOURS WITH A 8 MAN PAVING CREW OUT THERE SO I HAVE NO LESS THAN 90 MAN HOURS IN THIS JOB THAT I PROMISE LOOKS GREAT.

The driveway is repaired. 100% perfect I also seal coated for no charge ($800 job) I believe the customer is totally satisfied.

As you can see from the attachment I met customer told her I would fix as soon as my crew got back in state she went nuts screening and yelling that she wanted job fixed now. I told her it would be a few weeks my men are over 1,400 miles away she continued to yell at me so I left. I will fix for...

Review: They installed a paved driveway for my residentice and within 2 months it started falling apart . They offer a year warranty on their work. I called the son several times who was the original one that did the job and got no response. I than called the father who owns the company and he responed. We made an appointment in beginning of April and he came over to examine my concerns . He told me that asphalt has to cure and it takes time. He said let it cure for a couple of months and then I'll come back and fix it. We made an appointment for October for him to return and fix the holes, cracks and ruptures. Which I thought was quite along time to wait (after all he said it should cure in 60 days and he wants to wait 6 months that's half the warranty time, well then the real reason came out he making big money in Colorado and can't be bothered with this complaint which I said send your son he said no)since if he comes and fixes it in October. and anything with the fix or other problems arise my warranty would be running out but I went ahead and agreed. (He also stated he was working out of town in Colorado but his sons were working here I know this because his son did my job and he told me his sons were doing little jobs here but that he would be returning in October). He recent called and I made an appointment with him which I thought was to do the job but he just came over and did another inspection. I then asked to setup a time to get the repairs done and he stated he can not do it til sometime at the end of November or December which at that point I got upset and told him we had an agreement to fix it in October my warranty is up at the beginning of February and if something happens with the repairs or another problem the pavement would not be under the warranty and the driveway is a Hugh eye sore and needs to be fixed. He said he will not fix it until then and to me if he gets busy in Colorado and then says can't do it in November as he did in April god knows when he will show up.Desired Settlement: I am getting quotes at the present time to get the repairs fixed immediately I am having family over the holidays and need this done so whatever it cost me to fix it he needs to refund to me because he did not honor his warranty nor his word of when it would be done.
