received any money just a fireplace for doing the work.  He didn't give me time to finish it and was almost finish when he told me to take it to another place and why should I be in a hurry to finish it when I knew I wouldn't get paid for the labor or the tows?  Oh by the way the fireplace wouldn't have paid for all the expenses.

Review: 1995 Toyato Tacoma Pick Up Truck has been with B & H Auto since October 2015. B & H Auto has not repaired vehicle in a timely matter. After many contacts with the owner, he has failed to complete the vehicle repairs as promised. Continues to pro long the dates as to repair. Head gasket needed repair, all parts have been purchased and majority of money has been paid. It has now been about 6 months, when this job only required 2 to 3 days to complete. We have not had any prior issues with him until now.Desired Settlement: I would like for him to finish the job as promised and his work to be guaranteed and my truck returned to me. There should not be any more money owned since he did not repair as promised and it has now been about 6 months.

[redacted] was to be paid the balance of the labor when complete. His total for labor was to be $350 in which the heater received was a total of $250. I, [redacted], purchased and paid for all parts to complete the truck work. [redacted] had the truck for about 5 1/2 months which did not take that long to replace a head gasket. He did not pursue working on the truck until the complaint was filed. He then claimed to have finished the Truck, but then it would not crank. He informed us that it did not crank and he would have to go back into the engine in which we had informed him not to. At this point we decided to have the truck towed to another location at [redacted]' expense. When the truck was delivered to the other location, the engine was completely apart. We are now having to pay for someone else to do the work. The engine was properly working when [redacted] received the truck other than the head gasket needing to be replaced.This is very unacceptable for this business. [redacted]
