patient paid $50.00 on 2/1/16
patient called today 3/8/16 and paid $100.00
The patient now owes us $506.00
The patient is aware of her balance due.
The patient did not get billed from the time that she called with another insurance until we billed it and after that she still owed the original balance due to her deductible.
