I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. Since they eventually did send me email--from the address to which I'd sent the original emails that they say they never received, and to which I send further messages that they did respond to, I'm skeptical that they never *received* my original emails, though I accept that someone could have goofed on their end and lost them. Also, even after I made contact and they understood the problem, what they first suggested is that they send me another *Galaxy S7*, and I had to insist that that wasn't enough, that it had to be *the right model*. And then they wanted to send me a G930V--again, not the model I'd ordered and paid for.They finally acknowledged that they were unable to find out from their Shipping department whether they had or could get the model I had paid for.They *were* courteous and even sympathetic throughout our communications, and I felt they were sufficiently apologetic.I wouldn't exactly rate them highly, but they've refunded my money and charged me nothing for return postage, so this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

To whom it may concern; We truly apologies for all the inconvenience our client went through.However.. we are [redacted] third party seller and we don't re-call any message, email, phone calls from [redacted] neither customer regard this case. We do believe customer spoke with one of [redacted] rep who...

told him that they'll contact us through email and we should respond in 24 hours. Unfortunately the first email we received regard this matter was on 03/** (if we could we would attached screen shot from our email page). in that day we contact customer and provided him a pre-paid return label. Yesterday 03/** we received the phone back to our warehouse and today 03/** customer contact us to decider other he want a new phone as his original order or a full refund. We'll close this case base on customer decision.Hope for understanding.BH Team
