B & H Cellular Wholesale

Ordered through Walmart.com 11/30. Finally emailed our item was delayed. 12/19 emailed our package out for delivery 12/20. We got a piece of paper. They held our money for almost a month. I called W and B and H Cellular Wholesale in Brooklyn NY. I had to call 5 times before Elizabeth who answers the phone didn't put me on immediate hold. She said first I should wait for the second tracking number. I said NO. She said it was being sent tomorrow and she would get me the number. I feel if we hadn't had W on the other line she would have hung up. She said she would refund the money. BS Walmart will refund. This is despicable. At Christmas why would anyone want to do anything like this at Christmas? Give them a star, no they don't deserve even one star.
