I charge her for my equipment - what equipment did I charge her for, for my personal needs 3. I was rude and unprofessional - when before or after I finish the job 4. I never finish the job - If I didn't finish the job why did she pay me my labor cost of 1,200 on 5/18/2015 5. I never provided her a walk through or keep her updated. - Ms. [redacted] lives at the location on the 1st floor right side and the tenant to the apt was home the attire time I was in his apt 6. I didn't give permission to buy supplies - equipment? how did I not get permission when Ms. [redacted] gave me her [redacted] card after we went over what was needed to complete the job Please keep in mind that Ms. [redacted] lives at the location and her tenant was home the attire time I completed the work. I also, can fax you the inspection letter, the receipts and invoice. I only have the receipts that I made purchases for in the amount of $793.18 the supplies was needed to do, Bathroom - painting entire walls, re-glazed tub, and replace toilet valve, replaced bathroom knob Dining room - replace electric switch and painted attire dinning room Front apt door - replaced dead bolt lock Hall to entire house- repaired & painted entire walls and ceiling and install carbon monoxide alarm Kitchen & hall - replace floor covering in kitchen and hall and painted hall to kitchen Living room - repaired and painted entire walls and ceiling

I told you my labor cost only. The purchases I made using your card that I have receipts for equal to $793.18 and $400 out of the 793.18 was for your kitchen & Hall floor coving alone, so why do you feel as if I owe you money back or over charge you. The job I finished for you was requested by the [redacted] housing inspection . Please provide me with a letter stated that the inspection filed after I completed all work necessary. Review: Mr. [redacted] over charged me, stole my equipment, charged me for his equipment, was very rude & very unprofessional. He never finished the job; didn't return. He never provided me with a walk through nor kept me up dated with the progress. Didn't get my permission on what equipment or supplies I wanted or needed. Didn't return phone calls.Desired Settlement: My receipts, an explanation of work done & a refund for purchases that aren't mine.

I am rejecting this response because:

I didn't pay or hire the tenant. I hired the contractors. It's up to the contractor to keep me informed, not the tenant. The tenant doesn't know why I hired a person. I constantly asked him for a walk thru & give him his payment but didn't get a response until almost two weeks later. I was told it would only cost $400 was charged twice as much. He purchased brushes & other things on me so that makes it mind. Where's MY equipment?
