The RMA  form that was sent to my email from the business has requested the item to be sent brand new, in as-new condition as a 'change of mind'. I would like to point out it was not a change of mind, the product is defective from day 1, and I can only have known this by opening the product and using it, so can't return it in new & unused condition as requested. The item is a OEM drive, and comes in a simple cardboard box which I do not have any longer. Online Help from B & H did direct me to Western Digital as I do not have the box, and Western Digital directed me to send it to their Vietnam base. Basically, I am not happy with sending paperwork, wrongly indicating a change of mind purchase as I have been told on the B & H LIVE help assistant that I MUST include the plain cardboard outer box otherwise the return will be rejected.

Extension) - B&H # [redacted] * [redacted]. It is featured on our website at [redacted] The product illustration there shows a boxed product the contents of which include the protection plan and instructions showing how the customer should register it with [redacted]. We regret the customer overlooked this and failed to complete the registration process. We do carry [redacted]Care plans with an auto-registration feature. For those, our product description says, "Your Mac Pro is automatically registered with [redacted]Care." The product the customer purchased and received does not include this feature.  We cannot now cancel this transaction and will not issue a refund or store credit.-- Henry P[redacted]B&H Photo-Video

I ordered on my cell phone which has limited screen ability. I did See electronic download. When I we to purchase this item it asked me how I wanted it shipped. I selected 2 day express which hasn't got here now in 4 days. Besides that Im thinking the whole package was what I was paying for . Turns out its a bonus. No one buys and ships a bonus disc that's supposed to come with package. I have not downloaded the thing. After the next morning reading my confirmation email I not it said electronic download so I ema company and ask about it . I get no response til Sunday 3 days later. I told them if it was electronic download I do not want it .. That simple and do not know why this big company can't give people a full refund on something they did not want and haven't opened...as I've said if I knew it was download only I wou not have bought it ... That's sorry business practice and unacceptable. Very poor customers service and support clearly they out to sale (rip off ) people as long as they get paid  
 * the customers. I can't understand why a big company that touts reputation would do business like that . If you sell anything in your store that you can't get a refund for reasonable reasons you shouldn't sell it don't pass the buck says its a download from Adobe and we don't control it .. If that's the case you shouldn't sell it then make the other company look bad .. Then stop selling it because I'm sure other people have had same issue. Give me my [redacted] money back !

The documents submitted by the other B&H is in fact not a chargeback it is a questionnaire for the merchant to reply back to that of the consumer dispute. Nowhere in this document does it state that funds were forcibly removed from that of their account or never paid. further. As noted on the bottom of the actual document the document was provided to that of B&H and or both their bank as of the date of 06-**-2016. This document was submitted to B&H well before they ever send out my first check on the date of 6/* 2016 and also prior to the secondary check for which they attempted to cheat me out of the $18.99 that they owed me for the full payment of the missing TV. That payment was issued on the date of 6-**-2016Further the chargeback document was also prior to the date but they informed me on that at 6:14 that the check had now been illegally cashed further on the same date and that of my telephone conversation with that of mr. Weiss he was informed to issue a reverse payment on the check and to issue an immediate affidavit Air Force endorsement to me the affidavit Force endorsement was sent back to them on that of the [redacted] and they received it on the [redacted] of June [redacted] and which I had a conversation with that of mr. Weiss and he informed me they would be contacting me back on Monday for arrangements to issue the check for which he needed authorization to do so. On the date of 06-**-2016 I had a conversation with that of Max l[redacted] assistant to the CEO who informed me that he was just back into the office and that he was going to have that of a Mr. Mike I[redacted] contact me manager of customer service who I had spoken to in the past Mr. Engels, now made the claims that had received an charge back dispute from my bank.And why would they received an charge back notice been issued and sent from my bank.    B&H, were fully aware both voicemails and that of emails that I was filing a dispute with that of my bank. Along with filing state and federal complaints against them with a Revdex.com, Federal Trade Commission State Attorney General's office both in New York and Minnesota and I also informed him that I would actually be posting on social media. fore which soon after bank and close my account illegally and wrongfully in violation of the Fair Credit billing act and that of the regulation e and that of the federal and state electronic fund transfer Act. my account was closed on the date of 06-**-2016. again the check was not issued until the date of 06-**-2016 for the $197.99 for which they had agreed to send out a check on said date. And again said check was illegally cashed they failed to provide you at three Revdex.com,  with both of copy of this check and that of the affidavit a forged endorsement which clearly shows that my signature on that of the Affidavit of forged endorsement does not match the signature on the back of the illegally cash check.  Further also missing from the check is verifiable information such as a fingerprint, social security number, date of birth, telephone number, or any identification or license number. Also upon receipt of the second check in the amount of $18.99 the bank of record is that of [redacted] there are several [redacted] banks in their of the Minneapolis and Robbinsdale area there was also a [redacted] Bank 3 blocks away from me. Why would I have cashed a check at that of [redacted] which shows on the back of the check that particular [redacted] is over 10 miles away from my address also [redacted], and would charge a $5 fee I would never pay a fee to get the money back that they already owe me. Further B&H again and show no proof that they're paid this check twice and the illegally cash check they simply have to issue a reverse payment upon for which it legally they must do upon being notified of and is also stated on my Affidavit of forged endorsement.  If they will only pay the funds back to that of my bank that is their problem the affidavit relinquish his me from any liability for that other check and they still only the funds in question for which they must pay me. I am legally not required to wait for them to receive funds back from their bank and payment is due now immediately if they fail to provide payment I should be forced to take civil court action against them and sue for compensatory punitive trouble along with that of the monetary damages that they owe me they owe me the full amount of $241.37 to cover the fees for sending them the affidavit.  Timothy B. B&H Photo has not returned DJI Phantom as promised. The standard response seems to be "We are sorry for the delay" but nobody has followed through with any actions. It has now been almost 2 weeks since I asked to have my item returned to me and it has been in B&H Photo's possession now for almost 3 months. There has been nothing but broken promises and delays for the past 90 days. I would like my merchandise returned to me now.

  The customer(I) did communicate with B&H customer care first, (please read initial statement). I received a simple response from your customer service dept stating "no refund will be given & we did nothing in error". I immediately took steps to protect myself, the customer. I do not believe a resolution would of happened at lease not in a timely manner. Contacting Revdex.com expedited and insured my voice was heard. You (B&H) received my return 12/*/14 it has been five business days, your resolution was not sufficient and I recommend anyone to take steps as I have. Thank you for your time.

The company repeated its previous response and simply denied that it sold a fake/unauthentic phone, however, it did NOT give any explanation why the phone has two different IMEI numbers: the one on the label in the battery chamber is different from the one on the phone setting/status. The IMEI number is the unique identification of a cell phone, similar to a VIN number of a car which is unique to the car. I claimed it sold a fake/unauthentic phone because an authentic phone should have one and only one unique IMEI number, and a locked phone as an unlocked phone.

As far as I am concerned I purchased UNLOCKED phones. When the time came that I needed to switch Sims cards THEY WERE LOCKED and I could not use them. I needed the phones 12-**-16 to be unlocked. Due to the Holidays I could not get them unlocked until yesterday 12-**-16, two days after I needed the phones. If the phones were truly UNLOCKED we would not be having this conversation. B&H has lost a client in me and I will never recommend them to anyone. To keep insisting these phones were unlocked and then supplying me with the unlock codes is VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE. I had to purchase cheap unlocked phones to go on my trip. Thanks for nothing.
