This matter was resolved
We contacted the customer as soon as we became aware of this issue and we went out to his home and serviced the systemWe replaced some parts at no charge and resolved the issue
This was completed on January 9,
Prior to this, in September we installed a
pressure regulator valve in the customer's home at no charge for our trip or labor; we only charged the customer exactly what we paid for that part at our plumbing supply company which was $+ tax
As always, we acted in good faith and tried to provide the best service possibleWe are proud of the fact that we have been providing consumers in North East Ohio with excellent service for over yearsOur company and our award winning service department has always received the highest customer satisfaction ratings, and we work very hard everyday in order to continue to do so

After meeting with representatives from Great Lakes Water Treatment, Inc. we agreed upon the following:1. Compensation for the malfunctioning faucet valued up to $250. Item to be purchased by us (home owners) and reimbursed by Great Lakes Water Treatment, Inc.2. Additional equipment to be installed into our home at no cost to home owners that adds Calcium and Magnesium into the drinking water.3. The value of the reverse osmosis system ($1,000) to be reimbursed / credited to our account. 4. Representative from Great Lakes Water Treatment, Inc. will assist us with credit company, [redacted] in resolving financing concerns.

 I would beg to differ with the business his response they did not provide timely service which cost me a lot of unnecessary money and also sold me parts I didn’t need that doesn’t sound very reputable to me it sounds dishonest. That being said I request a restitution that they still owe me or I will for the complaint to the rain soft corporation.

First we would like to thank Mr. [redacted] for binging this matter to our attention. We obviously do not benefit from contacting people who are not interested in our products or services. Although we do not use bulk mail at all at this time, we have added Mr. [redacted] at his new address to our do-not-mail...

list. We apologize if we sent him a misleading piece of mail; it is certainly not our intent to do so. We will review all our direct correspondence with consumers whether via email or regular mail to ensure that our message is clear.  We are proud of our line of products and services that we offer and we have been doing business in the Cleveland area for over 30 years with thousands of satisfied customers.  We enjoy extremely high customer satisfaction ratings and have won several awards to that effect and we abide by our industry’s Code of Ethics as well as our own Best Practices and Procedures policies.

This issue was resolved over a month ago on 3/23/2017.  Customer contacted us at 1:00pm, we met with the customer at 5:15 pm that same day.  Customer had some unforeseen circumstances including a leaking roof, loss of a job, and a death in the family.  We responded immediately - this...
