This issue was resolved over a month ago on 3/23/ Customer contacted us at 1:00pm, we met with the customer at 5:pm that same day Customer had some unforeseen circumstances including a leaking roof, loss of a job, and a death in the family We responded immediately - this complaint has been completely resolved.We have been in business operating in North East Ohio for over years under the same management and ownership and we have thousands of satisfied customers both commercial and residential We have achieved and continue to achieve extremely high customer satisfaction socres on independent surveys that are conducted with our customers Our systems are tested and certified by independent organizations including the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF), the Water Quality Association (WQA), UA, and others and are GUARANTEED to to provide a lifetime of benefits to our customers, just as demonstrated The manufacturer, a leader in the water treatment industry since 1953, backs the equipment with LIFETIME warranty - the strongest warranty in the industryIn addition to improving the quality of life of the end user in so many ways these systems save families more money than they cost, making them one of the best investments that a homeowner can make in their home
