This is in reference to complaint # [redacted] I was just informed this was closed and nothing I can doThe person who responded at the business B&H towing lied in their responseI would like to respondI am not happy and was treated very badlyThere was no extra charge for wenching my car and I was not mad the police towed my carMy car was stolen so I actually was grateful to the policeThe police had to call the business to tell them they were not allowed to charge me $for storage as they were lying and were not storing my carThe $charged to me in addition to the tow was in retaliation for me questioning the feesThe woman who worked there told me if I didn't shut up they would make it more and I would not get my carI am not satisfied with your findings
