Mrs*** *** has a *** *** electric wheelchair in which she uses hours a day ***'s legs and feet are wrapped in bandages due to a fluid retention problem The wheelchair has shorts in it's electrical system which causes it fail to fully recline, fail to incline, and fail to fully charge the battery The control arm is held together with duct tape Fonte Surgical Supply supplied this wheelchair, and should be providing proper maintenance but has failed to take any action even though they have been contacted by *** and several people who represent her, including her nurse, social worker, and her doctor

Purchased pair support hose for my mom.They were too tight for her so when I went back the following day to return them for her ideas told I couldn't return the one pair because it was openedI feel that when purchased I should have been told out of good customer relations nor was it stated on the receiptI have since purchased some at several stores and was never given a hard time and received my full refund To me this was aterrible thing to do and I was extremely upset .I feel that I also am not the only one that has happened to They could have marked them and sent back to the companyThey were not cheap a pair that my year old mom can't even use I felt cheated in a big way and could never go back again

I received a Statement of Account, dated 2/2/for $that was shown as 91-days past due
This is the first notice of any kind (Statement, bill, invoice, verbal comment or anything else) that I have ever gotten from this firm
They have not provided anything to me, and I do not owe them any money

us the product.I purchased a rx compression sock product for my spouse Noticed a hole in a non rub area of sock after we used product I returned to store with product Clerk stated that it looked like I snagged product I stated that was an inaccurate observation and product two keels old I asked for a replacement of product The clerks chatted amongst them themselves And the decision was company policy was no returns on product customer used The from purchase to returning product was about two weeks Product purchased June 22, I called main store on ridge rd east , Not sure who I spoke to but I was told no returns or replacement if customer used product
I called manufacturer of product, customer service stated manufactured returns defective productive within days Manufacturer stated because of business relationship with Fonte they have no authority to authorized to replace product Manufacturer would sell me a new pair of socks plus free shipping for $vs

MY illness require me to use an electric scooterI purchased the scooter on 03-14-That same month I had my first repairThe ignition brokeIt took three months to order and replace thatJune of the scooter was working about a week then battery would not charge because water got in it At that time I was asking them to change /give me a new battery they refusedI was still under the store warrantyKeep in mind the manufacturer's warranty was expired since Purchased August I took the scooter on vacation, the battery stop working I had to push scooter through *** *** in NY to get back to *** months later they still won't fix my battery They are refusing to take my calls, the owner of the business, repair department said they are not helping mePoor business practice I depend on this scooter to keep my from becoming a prisoner in my own
home

We were thrust into the health care system years ago We have dealt with *** wheelchair , *** *** medical and fonte medicalWe have to say that Fonte is the worstThere is no customer service, it’s hard to get anyone to assist you, and then call back with an answerI can’t even imagine how they are still in businessEven going directly to the store, the people working there were to busy talking to each other than helping the people in the storeI would absolutely stay away from them
