Took my laptop in to be repaired on 6/18/13. The counterperson said that they would get started on it that evening or for sure the next morning. I called two days later(6/20/13) and was told that it would go on the service table the next morning. The next morning (6/21/13)I was told that it was next in line to be looked at. I called on 6/22/13 but it had not been looked at. Called on the 6/24/13 and I was told that it was still next in line. At that point I told them not to worry about it and that I would pick it up because I really needed it repaired. I picked the laptop up that day and noticed later that night that the hinge on the screen was severely damaged. I called them to let them know and the manager would not come to the phone. I was told that my laptop was not handled much and no damage could have occurred. It felt as though they damaged my laptop on purpose.
