In the process of towing this vehicle and processing the paperwork it was discovered that there was a D.O.J. hold that put the notices in dispute and we were not able to process this transaction in the standard way by utilizing our usual processes.  This caused a disruption to our customer...

notification system and to the lien sale process.  As this was no fault of the customer and it created undue burden and delay on the customers part we are refunding the customer the full amount of the transaction.  We hope that this demonstrates our commitment to our customers satisfaction with their experience with our company and consider this issue resolved.

On Nov 27, at 6:p.mmy vehicles driveline fell off on the freewayI manged to get vehicle onto the emergency lane but not completely on the emergency lane to be safe from passing motoristI called B@J Towing for a assistance/towI was told I was a "priority call" and the driver would be there shortleyThe next hours was spent waiting and repeatedly calling the tow truck companyEvery time I called (several calls total) the answer was "they will be there soon" The driver finally shows up at 9:p.mHe then threatneds to impound my vehicle if I dont pay him $on the spotI showed him my AAA towing card and he replied" I need $or I impound your vehicle" I asked him why my AAA card was not sufficient and he replied " give me $or I impound your vehicle."I had no realistic choice but to give into his threat or I would lose my vehicleI paid the $even though AAA had promised me a tow under my insurance coverage.Main concerns:My safety was placed in jeopardy by BJ inept/negligent service.I was lied to.I was threatned to pay monies or loss my car.I lost business (a client) because I could not make the appointment because of BJ negligence
