My complaint is with General Motors and Jim Cook's Chevrolet. Service Manager, Ed Roberts, my last talk with him was 9-1-11 without no help with my problem, he gave me the GM Corp's complaint number. I called (800-222-1020), Case #71-985-202311 on 9-9-11. I talked with Mr. Maurice, also with no help. I first came to Jim Cook's Chevrolet with the problem on 12-9-09. My H2 Hummer (2004) was unsafe because it would reduce engine power bogging down on the road with the reduce engine power light on, without power I would pull over on the road, cut off switch for a short time, then restart to go. A GM technician specialist started work on 12-10-09, replaced TPM Module and wiring connector. With a warranty on parts and labor. The same problem started over again and I took it back on 5-3-11, 9-27-10, 6-15-11, 6-27-11 and 7-25-11. When they fixed it right the cost was $319.97, but I paid them $2,325.16, to me it was guess work, a lot of parts and labor I did not need fixed or replaced.
