mr sims gave me contract in sept 2012,to tear down my garage and rebuild,concrete a patio,driveway,walkway,2 blocks of sidewalk,and refurbish my porch,He recieved $18,000.00 and all I have is cracked wall and a 4" cracked garage floor and an awful porch finish.Plenty of promises and unreturned calls.He hasn't been here since Dec 2012.I had to pay over $700.00 to get the pod back that had all my garage stuff in it and store it in by finished bsmt,and to add insult to injury,I drove by his house and he had redid his own house,painted,sod front lawn and built a new large fence around the back
