This company went way over the top with their customer service for us. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to call these folks when you need service. I had a problem with my air during a very hot spell. [redacted] the manager went far beyond what any other company would have done. Their tech guy stayed on the job during a3 hours of a severe lightening and thunder storm. The company delivered a part at midnight and the tech stayed on the job till 2 am to keep us from a serious health problem that we would have experienced without air. We are an elderly couple and would have been in a lot of trouble in that extreme heat. They followed up on us for several days making sure everything was ok. I am 70 years old and have dealt with a lot of different companies that have left me in the middle of a job to avoid overtime. I am sure this company lost money on my deal but they were not counting the all mighty dollar. They genuinely care about the customer. I will recommend this company To everyone I know. You will not regret your decision to hire them for what ever service you need.","pos-6
