Brian met with *** on Saturday the 10th to go over complaint and resolve issue The roof was inspected and found to be in good condition Very little coating had come off *** was very pleasant and was frustrated at the lack of concern shown by out repair manager for her project
I gladly agreed to come back and power wash her roof and re-coat as needed This will be done when the weather is conducive to re-coating My apologies to *** for this even being a worry to her and it will be rectified free of charge
