Owner [redacted] was contacted to put a new roof on my home that I was attempting to sell. He was paid half of the estimate in June of 2012. He cashed the check and never performed the service. Since July 2012, he has been contacted serveral times by myself, my relator, and my husband with no response to our telephone calls.
