According to the Bloomington store personnel, this was a complicated issue since, Ms [redacted] did not have a claim check for the machine and our records showed that she had picked upher machine earlier. Therefore, it was apparently disposed of after assuming that the machine was...
abandoned. We have, however, provided her with a replacement machine as ofApril 27, 2016, which we assume will satisfy this problem. Thank you.
