Our complaint began last year when we went into the dealership to see why our car was stopping while we were driving. Bj's Autohaus took the car to their repairman and advised a week later that the car was fixed. We went in to pay our car note and [redacted] applied money to the wrecker bill and not to our car payment. Then asked how we would like to handle the remainder of the payment. We ended up sending in the remainder with our next payment which they stated they never received so we sent out another payment. This issue has gone on several more times where [redacted] says she is not receiving the payments and then adds anywhere from 8.00 to 23.00 in late fees whenever she feels like it. Now that we are coming to the end of paying off our car, they have decided to stop sending out receipts and advised that our payoff is $200.00 more than what we have been advised before. They have advised if we wish to have receipts that we can send them stamps and they will then send out our receipts each month. I feel that their business practice is very unprofessional as well as how [redacted] talks to customers in a derogatory manner.
