B & J's Corned Beef Shoppe & Deli

I have been a customer since the year 2000 and myself and place of employment often order massive order's from B&J's mainly for breakfast. We have had several complaint's before and alway's get attitude from a lady who answer's the phone. She acts like its such a task to take your order's when calling and then on today 12/15/12 we complained because the Grits were sticky and I wasn't given any syrup for my pancakes, she said "grits set when they just sit" I told her we came right away to pick-up our Order, and the syrup someone must of forgotten to put in our bag. I asked to speak with the owner and he was just as rude, telling me how he's busy and has to get back to cooking and making up excuses for why our order was messed up as well. He offered to give us another set of grits, but now noone wants anything from them and we have chosen to just no longer Patronize this business any longer from this day forward. They will miss out on a lot of business from my Job and myself from this point on.
