I purchased 10 yards of premium mulch at a cost $400.00 only for the dye/pigment to washout/fade in only 13 days. This price does not incluse the labor I paid to put down the mulch. I called their office and spoke to [redacted] on the phone and we agreed to meet the following day. When we met he insulted me telling me I didn't know what I was doing. Its not rocket science... you put premium mulch down and the die fades in less then 2 weeks there is a problem. I have purchased over 50 yards of mulch this year from them alone. There was no budge room with them and they totally refused any form of compensation such as a few yards of mulch to top dress to cover faded areas. For anyone who happens to read this prior to purchasing mulch DO NOT purchase mulch from them. I was told by [redacted] he sells 1,000,000 yards (yes one million!!!) of premium mulch a year...... but a few yards of mulch to fix their is not something they can afford. I am not the only person who has complained of this to them. An easy search through google will show more complaints with the same issue of poorly dyed mulch.
