I pay for ice to be repaired but it wasn't [redacted] come to my home several time to fix my ice maker he could fix it. He told me he haven't seen one done what it was doing after he replace it. He would bring his supervisor to help home resolve it. However,now the refused to refund me my money or answer my calls.Desired SettlementTo help me get my refund or they could fix my ice maker.Business Response We went back to her home couple of weeks ago and resolved the issue with her ice maker Consumer Response I was also never given a refurnd from this company and my ice maker still don't work but they got 300 dollars from me.Final Business Response Tired of calling this woman to try and resolve this she is not getting a refund period so if she doesn't call us back to check again for free I'm done with her

Poor service was done on my appliance.Had repair done on my oven. The company did a terrible job. They simply taped the door with alumium tape. What a terrible and tacky job. I want a refund of $45.Desired SettlementREFUND!!!!!.......Business Response WE WENT TO THIS WOMENS HOUSE ON NOV. 3, 2015 BECAUSE OF A PROBLEM WITH AN OVEN DOOR. WHEN WE GOT THERE WE FOUND THAT THE DOOR WAS BROKEN AND THEY TRIED TO REPAIR IT THEMSLVES MAKING IT WORSE. IT WAS ALL DUCT TAPED UP AND DOOR WOULD HAVE TO BE REPLACED AND WOULD HAVE BE TO EXPENSIVE. SHE ASKED IF WE COULD MAKE IT TO WHERE WE COULD SEAL IT TO KEEP THE HEAT INAND WE SUGGESTED SILVER TAPE INSTEAD OF THE DUCT TAPE THEY PUT ON. SHE SAID DO IT AND WE TOOK THE DUCT TAPE OFF AND RESEALED IT WITH SILVER TAPE. IT LOOKED BETTER THAN WHAT THEY DID TO IT. ALL WE CHARGED WAS A $45.00 SERVICE CHARGE FOR GOING OUT THERE AND SHE HAS DONE NOTHING BUT COMPLAIN SINCE WE WERE THERE. THEY SHOULD HAVE CALLED SOMEONE OUT TO FIX THE DOOR BEFORE THEY TRIED TO DO IT THEMSELVES. WE DID NOTHING WRONG BUT TRIED TO JUST SEAL THE DOOR. I WILL NOT GIVE THIS WOMAN A REFUND BECAUSE WE DID NO REPAIR TO THE DOOR IT WOULD HAVE TO BE REPLACED AND THEY DID NOT WANT TO SPEND THE MONEY AND I DONT BLAME THEM BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN WORTH IT. SHE IS JUST TRYING TO CAUSE A PROBLEM BECAUSE OF A SERVICE CHARGE NOT GOING TO HAPPEN TO THIS COMPANY.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I wanted the door repaired not just taped up. I did not want it replaced,but I certainly did not want it simply taped. They could have done a better job. They were lazy and unprofessional.Final Business Response
