Cleaning Service damaged our hardwood floor.No resolution or reimbursement has been received.[redacted] and B-K Cleaning, LLC[redacted] and her employees performed household cleaning for our home monthly.After she cleaned in September 2015, we discovered a residue on our hardwood floor. When asked, Ms. [redacted] said an employee had mixed a cleaner and a polish together, which should not have been mixed, and splattered the mixture on our floor. In October and November we discussed this with Ms. [redacted] and tried to determine a solution. Ms. [redacted] then used a dry eraser which scratched the finish more.We consulted with two flooring companies. They both told us correction would require refinishing the entire floor, not just the damaged portion. One company gave us a quote of $3,400 for just refinishing without extra charges for moving furniture and vacating our home while refinishing was done.In December, we discussed this with Ms. [redacted], and she said she had insurance and would send an adjusted. Her son, [redacted], came. He looked at the damage, disputed the recommended refinishing, and said they would send an insurance adjuster.Ms. [redacted] continued to clean in January, February, March, and April. On a phone call she read to me the description of the claim she would file, but she needed to take pictures. In February, she forgot her phone. In March she took pictures, and I asked for a copy of the claim and the name of the insurance agent. When questioned in April, she said the agent did not believe the damage would exceed her deductible of $1,000 so no claim would be filed. She said she would make it good. I requested the name of the agent and the insurance company by that Friday. We received no response from her. We talked to her to schedule the May cleaning and again requested the insurance information. She has returned no calls since. Contact throughout this period was difficult, because her cell phone would not accept voice messages.We never received a specific offer of the amount she would pay, or any payment, or any insurance information.Desired SettlementReimbursement for Repair of the damage to our hardwood floors.

Complaint[redacted] and team refuse to repair furniture damage.I placed an ad for a full service moving company in August. [redacted] responded that they would take the job and that they were a professional service. [redacted] and team arrived 6 hours behind schedule for a 12 hour job. Halfway through the job, his team seemed overwhelmed at the size of the job and became careless, scratching several pieces of my furniture and denting several walls. The damage to the walls alone was quoted at over $300. Scratches were made to brand new furniture in some cases. I was told that he would return in 2 days to begin the repair process. 2 days came and went without a word from him. I called on day 3 and received not response or call back. I called on day 4 and 5 and finally sent him a note that if I did not hear back from him within 24 hours, I would file a small claim in court. I heard from him the next day and the day after that, but nothing after that. I reached out to him again on day 13 and still have not heard back. /////Desired SettlementI want [redacted] to file the claim with his insurance agent and make the repairs to my furniture./////

BK services ([redacted]) was to come clean my home on 11-8-13 at 9am. At 10am I called and he put me off 2 more times and then did not show at all. I called BK services ([redacted]) in July to set up appt to clean my home. [redacted] stated he was booked up and could I wait until Nov. He stated he would honor my [redacted] deal that ended in July. I made appt with [redacted] to come on Nov 8th at 9am, he did not show so I called at 10am and he stated he could not come until 12 noon. I advised him I had to go pick up my grandchild at school at 2:30pm and he stated that would not be a problem. [redacted] called me at 1pm to state he could not come till 2:30pm. He stated he knew I had to leave to pick up my grandchild and would come at 4pm. I agreed to this time and was back home at 3:15pm to make sure I was home in time for cleaning. At 5pm I called [redacted]'s number and did not recieve an answer, I left a voice mail and still have not heard from BK Cleaning or [redacted]. Very poor customer service and extremely poor work ethics. Desired SettlementI want to know why he did not show and if this can be rectified. thank you

We scheduled 3 seperate appointments with BK Cleaning Services and they no showed all 3 times. Owner is rude, disrespectful!!There is no way I would let him or his staff in to my house after the way he spoke to me and my wife on the phone trying to get the services we paid for rendered.Desired SettlementI would like a full refund of the $99 we paid to have our house cleaned.
