on the morning of 10/25/13 I wake up to my car being repo by the dealer, southern cars. I purchased the car on 10/10/13. I had insurance before I even had purchased the car because I have to carry a sr22 bond in order to obtain a license. well he drop my insurance an purchased insurance for me which safe auto. a week later he didn't add my bond to the insurance but im under the expression that he did. but getting to the point he repo my car cause my license was suspended after that week so I didn't even have the car nor the insurance a whole 30 days yet. so when I call him he tells me about all these fees I have to give him in order to receive my car back in my possession. he say I owe him for the insurance which was 194.00 the repo fee which was 375.00 and my first car note which is 347.00 which is not do till 11/6/13. an another fee which is 150.00 for a down payment which he told me verbally that I didn't have to pay because my car has a cracked windshield an no hub caps. now to remind you this is a 10,000.00 car that I purchased.
