B & K EMS Plumbing and Heating

I hired this company in September 2012 to install plumbing and heating in my new home. I paid the $20,000 up front money with a promise of another $20,000 upon completion. By December of 2012 they had spent less than a few days of work on the job and when I complained about it they ignored me. Then after I fired them in late December and threatened to report them to the Montana License board They arranged a meeting whereupon they blamed me for not providing them with the plans to run the plumbing fixtures. I gave them plans but told them the first thing they needed to do was to provide the heating for the house since it was mid winter. They agreed and in early January they returned and spent 3 more days working to install the heating but they never completed it, citing health reasons. Since then I have not heard from them and they do not return my calls or emails.
