Great Company !!! Small company so the owner Bill was the technician that came to my home. It was as if a person that I had known for many years was repairing something at my home. I have two furnaces in my home, Bill was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the operation of the furnaces to me. It is great to have B-K referred to me.
The price quoted for his services was what he charged no hidden extra cost involved.
I definitely will recommend B-K to family and friends for their HVAC needs.

BK is the best thing ever happen to me, last night around 12AM my heating and water heater stove went out I didn't know what to do . I had and old telephone book from 2004 not knowing who to call I chose BK heating and cooling, I am very glad I did . Bill technician was there within 45minutes . He checked every thing and could not find anything wrong with Systems, He subjested I should call *** as I was not getting any gas thru my gas lines.. But Bill never left me in the cold He came ready with heaters but luckly he went out side and removed all the snow off my gas meter. Quest what ! every thing was working again I called *** Back and cancelled their service, I want to thank B-K Heating and Cooling services for workers like ( Bill)

Won a scale of 1 to 10 I would give him a 10 plus they lay down a tarp so I didn't have to mop behind them they cleaned up after them sell they were polite respectful you can't ask for better I would recommend them to anyone

Bill and B-K are amazing! I can't say it enough how quick and professional they are. It's nice working with a small family owned business, they really take their time to make sure you are completely happy before leaving! I love this company! I was doing business with other companies before, but, they were so rude and expensive. B-K Installations has always been extremely helpful and friendly as well as fair on price. I wish I had found them first! My AC broke down on one of the hottest days of the year a few summers ago when my daughter was just a few months old and I could not find anyone including the company we had been using to come out on emergency notice to help us. I called B-K Installatioms and Bill came out late to help us and was super nice and helpful! I have been using him for all of my properties ever since, and recommend him to everyone! His son Tyler is also just as nice and professional! I am glad to have found such a nice company to work with! They have never tried to sell me more than I need or tell me that I need something that I don’t and I appreciate that as well.
