My experience buying my car at auto plaza was awesome!!! I told [redacted] what I was looking for and he found me a great car in my price rang and when I went to pick it up they went into detail of the car's historyAny time I have a question I just call them

I have never written a review on a website but I'm so unhappy with these people I'm inclined to do soI was sold a vehicle in late February and it's been nothing but trouble sinceBasically they sold it to me with a ton of problems that I didn't catch right away
When the warmer months hit I go to turn on the AC which doesn't work and I didn't notice because of the month that I bought itThat's ok though because I got a warranty with the vehicle!
Just kidding it wasn't okThe warranty I paid extra for doesn't cover AC repairOk that's fine probably my fault anywayFast forward a few months and a pipe cracks leaking antifreeze everywhereSurely the warranty will cover thisOf course it doesn't and right before I make my move to Texas too
Speaking of Texas, I tried to do a state inspection down here and they said that the windows were too tinted which is fine because each state has its own set of rules but there's a hole in the muffler that wouldn't pass *** inspection and it shouldn't have passed *** inspection eitherI was assured the vehicle was inspection ready and even had the sticker to prove itThe only conclusion the mechanic could come up with was that an ILLEGAL INSPECTION WAS DONEAwesomeOh and of course once again the warranty I bought is completely useless and won't fix the problem
I'm writing this review from yet another mechanic shop with a check engine light on and I just know won't be covered by warrantyIf I still lived in Springfield, this car would be going right back...through their front doorI'm so sick of worrying about this piece of junk

My husband and I purchased my teenage son's first car from [redacted] at Autobahn. [redacted] and his staff was very friendly. [redacted] was also very knowledgable about BMW's.
We discussed Quality, Cost of Ownership and Reliability. My family was 100 % satified with our purchase from Autobahn Motorsport.
