Review: My son called B&L Automotive about the cost of replacing an air conditioner compressor on my [redacted] and was quoted a price of $385.00 for everything. When I got the bill(I'm 84 years old), they charged me $484.05. My son called [redacted] and asked him why he charged $100 more and [redacted] told him he put a different compressor on it. I didn't tell him to put on a different, more expensive compressor on it and he didn't call me to ask. [redacted] told my son he would sent him a refund check for $100 but I haven't recieved it in over 2 weeks and my son has called him twice and still nothing has happened. I told him I was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com if I hadn't recieved the check by Friday, Aug.16th.. Still nothing.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded $100 by B&L Automotive

After speaking with [redacted] from the company on 9/27/13 he stated the original compressor would take a longer time to come in and a family member the customer's niece's husband who works for the company, stated that the customer needed the car right away and gave the ok for the company to use the more expensive compressor which was already available.
