We here at B&L felt that we took care of Mr. [redacted] vehicle, we towed it in because it wasn't running and fixed everything he allowed us to fix. When Mr. [redacted] picked his truck up, he paid his bill and drove it off the lot and we where unaware of any complaint until we received something from the Revdex.com. Mr. [redacted] also stated we charged him 150 minutes to put in a turn signal switch but according to his invoice actually was only 1.5 hours which falls in line with Mitchell Labor Guide.
