At this time, I have been contacted directly by Let's Go Driving School regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] Hello ***,Thank you for following up with me regarding the complaint I filed against Lets Go DrivingAs of today my complaint has not been resolvedA few weeks ago someone from the company contacted me by phone, although not regarding the complaint, but instead to ask why I had cancelled my driving examI informed the lady I spoke with that I was not honored my remaining hours of driving classes and therefore was not prepared to take the examThe lady advised me to send a text message to the person in charge of Lets go Driving, so I did and sent the following message: "As per my conversation with Carmen this morning I am writing to notify you that I cancelled my driving exam because I have not fulfilled my remaining hours of driving classesI would like to complete my remaining hours as well as reschedule the examI paid in full cash for the driving package." I have not received any communication after this message sentOnce again, my complaint has not been resolvedThank you, [redacted] [redacted] ? of today my complaint has not been resolved. A few weeks ago someone from the company contacted me by phone, although not regarding the complaint, but instead to ask why I had cancelled my driving exam. I informed the lady I spoke with that I was not honored my 3 remaining hours of driving classes and therefore was not prepared to take the exam. The lady advised me to send a text message to the person in charge of Lets go Driving, so I did and sent the following message: "As per my conversation with Carmen this morning I am writing to notify you that I cancelled my driving exam because I have not fulfilled my remaining hours of driving classes. I would like to complete my remaining hours as well as reschedule the exam. I paid 520.00 in full cash for the driving package." I have not received any communication after this message sent. Once again, my complaint has not been resolved. Thank you, [redacted] ?
