print all documentation, make payments, see messages and make requests.  Customers also receive various emails and text messages for reminders and notifications.  Self Lender, Inc. records all phone conversations and maintains a copy of all communications.   Austin Capital Bank listened to all phone conversations and reviewed all communications for this customer and determined the customer’s statement is inaccurate.   The customer service representative with Self Lender did not guarantee any positive impact on the customer’s credit score.  The customer was inquiring on closing the account before the payment was reported to the bureaus and the customer service representative communicated that by closing early it may impact her credit score negatively.  The customer decided to keep the account open another month and then decided to close it.  When the customer called back to close the account the customer service representative reminded the customer again that it may impact her credit score negatively.  The account is now closed and has been reported accurately to the credit bureaus.
